A dynamic game model of the bioresource management problem is considered. The players (countries) which harvest a fish stock are the participants of this game. We study a new type of equilibrium -cooperative incentive equilibrium. The problem is considered with finite and infinite planning horizons. Some results of numerical modelling are given.
