Abstracts of all registered reports will be placed on scientific publisher "TVP" site beforehand (http://www.tvp.ru). Abstracts of registered reports, which proceed to editors till March 25, 2003 and get to the number of the first 100 reports, accepted by Organizing Committee, will be published before session starts; other accepted by Organizing Committee abstracts will be published in September 2003. Below you can see the directions for abstracts design.
For organizing the visa support to participants in the countries, which citizens need to obtain visa for being in Russian Federation territory, all necessary information should be recieved by Symposium Organizing bureau no later than March 25, 2003.
Russian is required as the working language on symposium sessions. Official languages of the school - Russian and English. Plenary participantes of symposium, which need simultaneous translation of their reports from English, German or French, must inform Organizing Committee about it no later than March 25, 2003.
Participantes, which need special demonstration equipment during report, should inform Local Organizing Committee about it no later than June 1, 2003.

Directions for abstracts design
1. Abstracts must be given in two copies; abstracts will be published in recurrent issues of 9 volume of the magazine "The Survey of Applied and Industrial Mathematics". For speeding-up the publishing we recommend sent the abstracts also in (!) electronic copies (preferably in TeX format) on address oppm@tvp.ru. In the case, when versions are not close, on publishing the paper version of abstracts will be defining.
2. Abstracts must include the title of the report, author's surname and name, the city, name of the institution.
3. Abstracts must be printed through two intervals and must be prepare for publishing according to design rules, which are publishing in the first issues of magazine's volumes "The Survey of Applied and Industrial Mathematics" or "Probability theory and Applications" and have the author's sigh "For printing"..
4. Abstracts's size can't exceed 2500 symbols.
5. Abstracts will be examined by enterprising committee and will be published if there is no negative notice (abstracts non publishing doesn't exclude the author's invitation to symposium). For your preliminary familiarity with other speaker's abstracts on the site of scientific publisher "TVP" http://www.tvp.ru will be report's abstracts in PDF format, where also you can find renewed information about symposium.

Hotel "White Springs".
The planning place of registration. There are restaurant, bar, sauna and russian bath, consumer services objects. The hotel is situated on the Onego lake shore in the city's park zone.
